Thandi Kutumela founded Candymore in 2016 and is the company's sole shareholder and Managing Director.

She leads the company's customer relationships, procurement and site delivery personally, and is directly accountable to every client for the work Candymore puts on their site. When you deal with Candymore, you deal with the owner.

Candymore employs 8 permanent staff. For larger shutdowns and maintenance scopes, we scale up through a vetted pool of local artisans and labourers drawn from Mokopane and the surrounding communities — putting work and opportunity back into the province we serve.
